Vanden Heuvel Promoted at Premier Community Bank

Luke Vanden Heuvel is the newest commercial/ag loan officer at Premier Community Bank. Luke comes to the post after several years as a commercial/ag credit analyst, working across all industries.

“My new role really builds off of the hands-on experience and financial understanding I obtained through being a credit analyst,” explains Vanden Heuvel. “As a lender I want to be a go-to resource for my customers, someone they can reach out to with questions/concerns; Not just the individual from whom they borrow money, but the banking professional who will help them meet their business goals.”

Vanden Heuvel is a graduate of UW Oshkosh and his role at Premier Community Bank covers a wide variety of businesses/industries including manufacturing, agriculture, retail, commercial development, hospitality, government and many more.

“We may be bankers, but that does not mean we just sit behind desks processing applications,” explains Vanden Heuvel. “One of the more important elements of my new position is traveling out to the businesses, meeting with the owners, and gaining a solid understanding of them and their operations. In some ways, lending is just the beginning or introduction into building and maintaining those lasting relationships.”
