Bank Remodel makes Significant Investment in Manawa Community

Premier Community Bank’s Manawa office will undergo a complete remodel beginning July 6 and is expected to conclude by the end of October. General Contractor for the project is Findorff.

Premier purchased the Manawa office from Baylake Bank in September 2012. The building was originally constructed in the 1950s and was last remodeled in 1982.

“The staff and I are very excited for the remodel,” said Manawa Branch Manager Renee Berg. “This remodel is going to improve the function of the office and customer experience. We are keeping the traditional charm of the building but updating to a fresh new look. It is exciting to see remarkable things happening in Manawa. We are proud to be a part of this great community.”

The office recently held a rummage sale to prepare for the remodel, selling chairs, desks, pictures, office supplies and other miscellaneous items. All profits from the rummage sale were donated to the Manawa Revitalization Committee.

Lobby transactions will be limited during the remodel and the back door will be the main entrance during construction. Customers are encouraged to use drive-up and walk-up service instead. Access will remain available for safe deposit boxes, loan requests and new accounts. Customers can also complete transactions via online banking, Telebanc, and Premier’s family of digital apps.

A grand re-opening will be organized this fall once construction is complete.

“We’re proud to invest in the Manawa community and we are committed to our customers in this vibrant community,” said Premier Community Bank President Tom Pamperin. “The future is bright in Manawa, and we’re pleased to remain a part of the growth that is on the horizon.”
