WEYAUWEGA – Nikki Schroeder has been promoted to Operations Project Manager at Premier Community Bank. Lori Miller will transition from the bank’s Waupaca office to the Weyauwega office with a promotion to Assistant Branch Manager and will fill the position vacated by Schroeder.
Premier Community Bank is in the process of remodeling the lobby, teller line, and other areas within its corporate office located in Marion, WI. The new layout will add additional office spaces to accommodate growth within the loan, human resource, accounting, and marketing departments of the bank.
Deb Bartel has announced her retirement as Premier Community Bank’s Winneconne Branch Manager, concluding a 24-year career in the banking industry that includes nearly seven years with Premier Community Bank.

The Wisconsin Lions Birch-Sturm Memorial Fellowship has bestowed their highest form of organizational recognition upon Premier Community Bank. Dick Pamperin, former President of Premier Community Bank, was also honored by the Lions Clubs International, being awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship, named after the founder of Lions Clubs International. It is largely due to the growth of the fellowship program that the Lions Clubs International Foundation has been able to meet humanitarian needs in communities around the world.
